Carlos is the General Manager of the W. Flamingo and Grand Canyon Ori’Zaba’s. You may recognize him from the N. Durango location, or maybe even our old Eastern location. Carlos is a family man with a wife and two children. He’s passionate about providing attentive service and making his customers feel at home. Almost as long as we’ve been serving Las Vegas fast, fresh Mexican food, Carlos has been with us- a whopping total of twelve years!! Even after all this time, he still eats our scratch made, locally produced food every day because he loves the healthy options. To Carlos, Zaba’s means family.
