Ori’Zaba’s Mexican Grill has been a locally owned and operated restaurant since our first location opened its doors in October of 2001. Our goal from day one was to utilize only the freshest, finest quality ingredients available to create our delicious, flavorful menu items. On a daily basis, each restaurant dedicates hours preparing all menu items in-house. All of our meats are hand-trimmed, marinated, and then freshly grilled or roasted. Large blocks of cheese are delivered, then we shred it ourselves. All salsas, sauces, guacamole and beans are made from scratch every day. Once we receive the freshest produce available, it is washed and hand cut or chopped. The result of all this hard work and dedication is in the food.
