When it comes to fitness and food, there are some definite do’s an don’ts. For example, most experts will agree eating a light snack before a workout is preferable to working out on an empty stomach since that could lead to muscle loss (Shape). We also know the importance of enjoying a healthy meal after your workout (preferably within 45 minutes) to maximize the absorption of carbs and proteins (Men’s Health).  In an ideal world, it would be great to food prep, but we may not always have the time or the resources to do so. This is why you need to have alternative options.

 

At Ori’ Zabas, we believe that serving food quickly, doesn’t mean it has to be unhealthy. We use antibiotic free and non GMO ingredients, and we make our food from scratch daily. The best thing is that you can select exactly what you want (or don’t want) in your meal. So if you need to cut back on the carbs or double up on the proteins, you have the options to do that. We also have many healthy selections, from brown rice, wheat tortillas, black beans, fajita mix, homemade guacamole, and more. The options are endless.
