Meet Hilmaris, you can call her Meli for short. She has been in the restaurant business for six years and we’ve been lucky to have her at Zaba’s for three of those years. The opportunity has been a great experience for Meli. She started as a Line Cook and quickly worked her way up to her current position of General Manager of the Downtown Summerlin store. She loves the fun, challenging and ever-changing atmosphere that working in a restaurant brings. Meli loves interacting with her guests and meeting the diverse people that live and visit Las Vegas. In her free time, Meli enjoys playing sports (her favorite being basketball) and having awesome conversations. She hopes to one day become an entrepreneur and own her own business.
