OriZaba’s Gives Back to Clark County School District Readers

Ori’Zaba’s Giving –

Food For The Soul

National Young Readers Week

Ori’Zaba’s Cares about our Las Vegas Community!  And we ESPECIALLY love all our Ori’Zaba’s Young Readers

In collaboration with Clark County School District, select schools participated in the First Annual Ori’Zaba’s National Young Readers program.   Between October 14th and November 17th young readers were encouraged to read 5 books, write the name of the books downs and submit their completed form for a FREE MEAL!  We are happy to announce that we offered free meals to 11,000 hard working Clark County School District kids during National Young Readers Week.

Did you know that reading is CORE to student success?   Kids who create healthy reading habits have more developed vocabularies, improved study attention spans, increased desire to continue to learn, and reading introduces them to worlds they may not have known about.   Kids who appreciate reading at a young age tend to carry their love of reading throughout their life.

With so many kids in front of electronic screens these days, its more important than ever to unplug and have quite reading time, either as a family or individually.

Ori’Zaba’s Giving hopes to continue this great tradition next year, and expand to even more schools throughout the Las Vegas area.

And don’t forget to drop by Ori’Zaba’s, where kids eat free EVERY SUNDAY!
