“Beer is living proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.”  Benjamin Franklin

 National Beer Day Is Here!

But one day just isn’t enough at Ori’Zaba’s – so we are celebrating with ALL DAY LONG Happy Hours on Saturday April 7th and Sunday April 8th.

$10 bucket of beer and $2.25 bottles and drafts*

Beer is the PERFECT pairing on a warm spring day, with the tastiest (or spicy if you so choose) Ori’Zaba’s meal.  Add a lime to your beer to make it just perfect.

Find a place on our patio and celebrate National Beer Day.

Beer is still an American Favorite.  In 2017 the US beer sales exceeded $37 Billion  – that’s with a “B”…. Billion!   That’s a lot of beer.   And beer continues to edge out wine and liquor in total sales.  Yes, we Americans are obsessed with our beer beverage.

According to Wikipedia, National Beer Day is celebrated in USA every year on April 7, making it the day that the Cullen-Harrison Act was enacted, after having been signed into law by FDR on March 22, 1933.  This led to the repeal of the 18th Amendment, with ratification of the 21st Amendment to the US constitution – the END OF PROHIBITION!

Upon signing the legislation, Roosevelt made his famous remark “I think this would be a good time for a beer.”

We agree!

So dont pretend an ice cold beer doesn’t sound incredible – we know you want one right now.   We have one waiting for you!  Get to Ori’Zaba’s this weekend!
