Fresh ground corn treated with lime water sodium borate, cellulose gum, propionic acid and phosphoric acid.
Yellow Corn Tortillas
Fresh ground corn treated with lime, water, propionic acid, phosphoric acid, sodium propionate, cellulose gum or guar gum, benzoic acid, fumaric acid, sorbic acid and enzymes.
Flour Tortillas
Enriched unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), water, shortening, soybean oil, fully hydrogenated soybean oil, cottonseed oil, citric acid (as a preservative), contains less than 2% of the following: salt, mono, and diglycerides, sodium bicarbonate, calcium propionate (preservative), fumaric acid, sugar, sodium aluminum sulfate acid, sugar, sodium aluminum sulfate, guar gum, rice flour, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sorbic acid (preservative), yeast and I-cysteine (dough conditioner).
Wheat Tortillas

Frying Corn Tortillas
White corn, water, contains 2% or less of the following: cellulose and/or guar gum, preservatives (calcium propionate propionic acid, methyl propylparaben, potassium sorbate, sorbic acid), fumaric acid and phosphoric acid.
