In the more than 15 years that Zaba’s Mexican Grill has been serving World class Mexican food out of our scratch kitchens we strive to be more than just a restaurant. We are a family! Over the next several weeks we will use this blog to introduce you to some of our family members. This way when you come into our restaurants you can feel like part of the Zaba’s family as well.
We will start with Karla Heredia. She is the General Manager of the Silverado Ranch and Maryland Parkway Zaba’s. Karla has been with Zaba’s for 13 years!! WOW!! Karla is passionate about cooking and spending time with family. This made Zaba’s culture a perfect fit for her. She loves the made from scratch, never microwaved, never frozen approach to creating delicious Mexican food. Karla’s store is
