What is Ceviche?
A taste of the sea with a spike of zesty lime. Traditional ceviche originated in South America and is often made with fresh raw fish or shrimp cured in citrus juices, such as lemon or lime and then spiced with seasonings, onions salt, chili peppers and salt.
Ori’Zaba’s Shrimp Ceviche
At Ori’Zaba’s we handcraft our ceviche using shrimp, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime, tomato and cucumber. Spice and zest come through in every bite with a taste of the sea mixed in. We serve our ceviche with chips, but you could get creative and add it to a bowl, burrito or taco.
