Julit moved to Las Vegas in 2008, spending her first year doing odd jobs all over the city. After applying at Ori’Zaba’s three times, she finally landed a job cooking and prepping. The first thing she noticed was the culture, the sense that this local Mexican restaurant was a family. Within a year she was promoted to a Supervisor position, then a handful of years later she moved up to well-deserved positions in management. Julit has always been focused on providing memorable individualized customer service. She makes it a point to train her staff to learn the names and meals of all her regular guests! Throughout all the changes Ori’Zaba’s has made over time, Julit’s 9 years (that’s right, 9 years!) with us serving fresh, high quality, made from scratch food remains her mission.
